What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device when you visit them. They are used to remember your preferences, keep your session active and gather information about how you use the site in order to improve it.
Cookies we use
We use necessary and functional cookies to operate the platform and remember your choices. Analytics is optional and starts only when you accept it. We do not use advertising cookies.
Third-party cookies during payment
If you subscribe to a paid plan, the checkout is hosted by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record. During that process Lemon Squeezy may set its own cookies on its domain to manage the purchase session and prevent fraud. Those cookies are outside VARDER's control and are governed by Lemon Squeezy's own privacy and cookie policies.
Types of cookies by purpose
Essential cookies
These are indispensable for the platform's basic operation. Without them you could not sign in or use the booking system. They cannot be disabled.
Functional cookies
They remember choices such as language and active location. Deleting them removes those preferences. If you save a setup draft, it stays in this browser: it can be restored for 7 days and is discarded when you return after that deadline. You can also discard it manually.
Technical cookies
They optimize performance and content delivery. They include CDN and cache cookies that make the platform load faster.
Optional analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to measure public pages, registration steps and performance. Browser source context has a maximum 30-day window. When you create a business account, source categories may be associated with it and retained under our Privacy Policy. Your choice is remembered for 180 days and can be changed in Privacy preferences. Withdrawal stops new measurements and clears browser context; it does not automatically erase recorded data. We do not send form contents or booking links to these services.
How to manage cookies
You can control and delete cookies from your browser settings. Bear in mind that disabling essential cookies may affect how the platform works.
